By purchasing from OURA Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Digital Products

All products sold are digital and available for instant download. No physical items will be shipped.

All products sold are fully editable templates only. Purchase of our products do not include mockups. Any mockups used are merely for illustrative purposes.

All templates are for personal or commercial use and may not be resold or redistributed. Templates may be edited to fit your brand colours, style, fonts etc. or may be used as it is for your personal brand or business only.

We work hard in delivering quality Canva templates to you, reselling our templates is strictly prohibited.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

4. Custom Branding Services

Custom branding services are subject to additional terms outlined in your client contract and the **Need to Knows section in the OURA Guide. By booking a custom service with OURA Studio you confirm that you have read and agreed to those terms in full, including our payment structure, revision policy, timeline expectations, cancellation policy, and refund policy.

Ownership of all custom design files transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment in full. OURA Studio retains the right to display all completed work in its portfolio and across its marketing channels unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide beneficial content. However, we are not responsible for any technical issues, commercial outcomes, third party platform limitations, or any other issues arising from the use or modification of our products. Once a product has been delivered, its application is at the buyer's discretion.

6. Changes to Terms

OURA Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website, OURA Guide, and products after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
